Diet on kefir "Star" slightly softer than the option suggested above, but there are differences in the timing of the application of this diet: it should alternate with weeks of your usual diet until you achieve the desired result. That is, one week of a kefir diet, one week of regular meals with some restrictions, without bread, fatty, spicy and sweet foods.

The feeding process consists of 6 meals per day at regular intervals: 8.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00 and 18.00 - this is the last meal, after which it is not even recommended to drink water.
