On approval of standard states of pre-school institutions

In order to streamline the states of preschool institutions I order:

1. To approve the typical states of kindergartens (Appendix N 1) and typical states of the nursing gardens (Appendix N 2).

The preschool institution can simultaneously be a group with different times of children's stay.

The time of work of pre-school institutions (groups) with a 12-hour stay of children at the six-day working week in the prestigious and pre-holiday days is reduced by two hours. The relevant duration of work these days is established by the district (urban) departments of public education and for pre-school institutions (groups) with a 24-hour stay at the six-day work week.

6. The staff of educators in preschool institutions (groups) with a round-the-clock stay of children is established at the calculation of their work in groups within 14 hours a day.

7. In one-year kindergartens and two-year-old croupy gardens and a 9-hour stay of children at a five-day working week and in preschool institutions (groups) with a 12-hour stay of children at a five-day working week, caregivers are fitted in this month to the prescribed weekly clock standards educational and methodical work.

In preschool institutions (groups) with a round-the-clock stay at the six-day working week, night babysitters are fitted in this month to the prescribed weekly clock rate of other relevant work.

8. Provide in estimates of preschool institutions allocations:

a) on the remuneration of music managers at the rate of 0.25 wage rates for each group in kindergartens and for each group of children aged 2 years and older in the yawls;

b) to pay for the labor of persons replacing the heads of institutions, nurses, educators, sanitary-nannies, nurse, nightnings, kitchen workers, and laundry.

Within the appropriations stipulated on the remuneration of persons replacing the teachers who go on vacation, in preschool institutions, additionally orders of educators can be installed in preschool institutions.

9. When departing kindergartens and nasnel-gardens during the summer period at the cottages of the states at this time, to establish in accordance with the standard states of kindergartens and nursery-gardens with a round-the-clock stay of children, taking into account work on weekends.

10. To establish the following reservation of groups in preschool institutions:

in the nursery groups of children under the age of 1 year and in sanatorium threaters (for children with small and sinking forms of tuberculosis) - 10 children;

in the nursery groups of children aged 1 to 3 years, in nursery mixed groups and in sanatorium pre-school groups - 15 children;

2. In kindergartens (groups) with a round-the-clock stay of children at the six-day work week, posts of night nurse are established at the rate of two units for every two groups and at a five-day working week - 1.3 units per two groups, and in kindergartens with one group with around the clock stay of children or several similar groups, but placed on one group in different buildings or having Isolated inputs from the street - at the rate of respectively two units or 1.3 units per group. In kindergartens with 12-hour and round-the-clock stay of children:

in the presence of two and three groups, an additional 0.5 units of the assistant assistant are installed;

5. Position posts are set in cases where there is no possibility to use utility laundry services.

6. In kindergartens with independent central (water, gas, steam) heating, the positions of the machines (Kochegarov) are established for the heating season at the rate of one unit in shift. Of the total number of machinists (Kochegarov) one position is established for all year round.

With centralized heat supply (CHP) in kindergartens having a thermal point or elevator, one position of the locksmith-electromonter is established, and in the presence of boilers and pumps, when round-the-clock duty is required, the positions of the electro amoneters are established at the rate of one unit in shift.

7. In the presence of refrigeration plants, electric stoves and other electric heating devices in kindergartens with 4 or more groups (if the state does not provide the position of the locksmith-electromonter), 0.5 units of the position of the locksmother is installed.

8. In the presence of equestrian or road transport (Motorol Plate) serving this kindergarten or several pre-school institutions, the position of the brand or the driver (driver of the engine driver) is established.

12. 13. In kindergartens for children with speech impairment and in kindergartens of general type, where special groups have been created for such children, it is additionally established by one position speech therapist for each specified group.

7. In the presence of refrigeration plants, electric stoves and other electric heating devices in kindergartens with 4 or more groups (if the state does not provide the position of the locksmith-electromonter), 0.5 units of the position of the locksmother is installed.

8. In the presence of equestrian or road transport (Motorol Plate) serving this kindergarten or several pre-school institutions, the position of the brand or the driver (driver of the engine driver) is established.

9. In kindergartens located in independent buildings and having two or more groups of children, establishes the position of the janitor in accordance with the norms of the retractable area, approved by the executive committers of the Councils of Deputies of Workers.

10. The position of the guard is established in the necessary cases to solve the executive committee of the Council of Deputies of Workers.

11. In sanatorium kindergartens (for children with small and quiet forms of tuberculosis), the number of nightnings at a five-day working week and the number of cleaners-nyan increases by 0.14 units per unit of these posts.

The states of sanatorium orchards of boarding school are installed in accordance with the standard states of kindergartens with a round-the-clock stay of children, taking into account work on weekends and holidays.

In the sanatorium kindergartens, the posts are installed regardless of the ability to use municipal laundries.

12. In kindergartens for children with hearing impairments and in kindergartens of general type, where special groups have been created for such children, it is additionally established by one position of the Survival for each specified group, and the post of nightnish position in each such group with a round-the-clock stay of children is established by Regulations provided for kindergartens with one group with a round-the-clock stay of children.

13. In kindergartens for children with speech impairment and in kindergartens of general type, where special groups have been created for such children, it is additionally established by one position speech therapist for each specified group.

14. The staff (with the exception of the children's gardens and group personnel) in kindergartens for children with hearing impairments and speech and in kindergartens of general type, where special groups have been created for such children, it is established based on the number of groups determined by dividing the list of list Children at 25.
