Regular anti-stress massage changes the chemistry of the body - during the deep stage of relaxation, endophrins are released in our brain, which uplift our mood. The processes in the brain that take place during meditation are similar. Although the term "relaxation" is usually applied to our body and "meditation" is used to refer to the brain, both methods calm and restore the balance of the body-brain system.

The essence of the massage is to draw into the work of the same receptors that form the pathological dominant - the principle of "stealing". In the cerebral cortex of a person under stress, a dominant of excitement is formed. Massage affects the same areas of the cortex and subcortical centers, displacing the negative dominant and forming a new one, with a positive emotional coloring... As a result of the anti-stress massage procedure, the threshold of excitability actually rises, so the client already needs a stronger stimulus to bring him out of balance. Technique

Despite the fact that this is a facial massage, some techniques use simultaneous movement along the lines of the face and stimulation of the opposite upper limbs.

The face must be conditionally divided into two parts by a horizontal line. The lower part is responsible for blocking negativity and emotions such as aggression, anger, greed, and irascibility. At the top, love, solidarity, sadness are blocked. Muscle tension in these areas leads to the formation of wrinkles, nasolabial folds and deformation of the face shape. Therefore, neurosedative massage removes blocks and not only relieves stress, but also rejuvenates the body.

As such, there is no strict massage scheme. This is a complete improvisation of hands that draw different figures on the face and move along different lines. The main thing is that this happens easily, continuously and in one rhythmic pattern.
