If you are about the same height, sit down, bending your knees, pulling your pelvis back, and then, sharply straightening, strike. The blow must necessarily go from below.

2. Poke a pinch into the chest cavity. Place the fingers of your dominant hand in a pinch (all fingers together, the pads of the fingers touching each other) and poke strongly into the chest cavity from top to bottom or bottom to top (depending on the height of the offender) at an angle of 45 degrees. This trick calls coughing, watery eyes, sometimes throat bleeding and fainting. The blow is applied if the opponent has an open throat. Also, a sharp poke with a pinch in any part of the face can cause bleeding or painful shock.
3. A blow with the little finger and the edge of the palm on upper lip or nose. This technique is easy to disguise. Fold your hands in front of your chest - palm to palm, as if begging for mercy. 5. Kick on the leg. If you are wearing shoes or boots with heels, even if they are very small, the following technique will do. 6. Eye poke. 7. Knocking down the grip of strangulation. If the enemy is facing you and squeezes his throat to loosen his grip, blows to the eyes, nose, throat of the offender will help. Then, simultaneously with your shoulder and forearm (if the enemy is holding you with his left hand, then you must knock down with the left shoulder) lean on the attacker's hand, knock down the grip from top to bottom.
8. Knocking down the grip from the hand. If, while trying to escape, the offender managed to grab your hand, take a step forward and, as it were, hang on your arm, transfer your body weight to the leg in front, and hit the pursuer with your foot in the thigh with the second. 9. Female blow. Let's practice first. Take a regular glove in your hand and, turning a little sideways, sharply throw it forward. The movement is reminiscent of hitting a "closed" racket in table tennis. The hand and forearm fly in a given direction absolutely relaxed. The blow can be applied both with the back of the hand, and with the fingers, as well as with the edge of the palm.

Remember, while the enemy is still breathing, while he is moving - you must not lose your vigilance! Even a knocked out, unable to rise from the ground, an enemy cannot be turned with your back!

How to help your companion in a street robbery or fight.

3. Pneumatic gun

The internet is often seen as a means of self-defense. However, these are just wet dreams of couch warriors. A pneumatic pistol has a weak damaging effect, so we do not recommend using such things. 4. Gas gun

It all depends on the model and manufacturer. Sometimes worthy specimens come across. But gas weapons require a permit, which is troublesome. 6. Yawara

Of course, you will need to practice to learn how to use it correctly, but at least the minimum cost and completely legal.

7. Knife

But a knife is a very controversial tool for self-defense. In general, we categorically do not recommend carrying knives with you for self-defense, especially large ones. To protect yourself on the street using a knife, you need to have. In inept hands, a knife can become a threat to the one who tries to use it.

Police officers will definitely not be thrilled with self-defense with a knife. Even if you use improvised means for self-defense, a pistol for which there is a permit, pepper spray or a shocker, then this can be explained. But society is not friendly to people with knives. Thus, from a defender, you can turn into an attacker and will be discredited in the eyes of representatives of the law.

  • When walking down the street, look straight ahead. Of course, you need to evaluate what is happening around, but this can be done with peripheral vision. There is no need to stare around, this can induce marginalized layers to take action and give a reason to pester you.
  • Carry self-defense equipment with you, wear them correctly and know how to use them! At first glance, the advice is banal. But in fact, there were cases when the pepper spray was not at hand at the right time (it lies on the shelf at home). Or it was hidden so deep in the backpack that the use could be forgotten. A person, having bought, for example, a traumatic pistol, already feels a sense of satisfaction and psychologically feels protected.
