  While working as a teacher in the kindergarten “Yagodka” in Tambov with older preschool children, I tried to create conditions in which there are new opportunities for revealing the child’s abilities and his full development.

  For successful productive work, I use the integration of the content of educational areas, the individualization of work with children, social partnership, the involvement of parents in dOE activities. (Slide 12)
  Each of the teachers chooses his own guidelines and directions in work. Finding your own solutions is difficult. And before each new working day, I always think: how to make children's activities more interesting and effective, to captivate, to interest. In my work I use information and communication technologies, project activities. (Slide 13)
  The project is a game in earnest: its results are significant for children and adults. The starting point of the project is children's interest. (Slide 14)
  Interest in the outside world, inquisitiveness led the guys to choose the topics of the project. They are different: project - story; cognitive; gaming.
During the implementation of the projects, the guys found themselves in various situations, faced difficulties, overcome them (intuitively, with the help of habits and skills, through knowledge) in order to achieve their goal. The presented projects participated in all-Russian correspondence competitions on the use of ESM in educational activities. They contributed to the development of key competencies of pupils: socially-personal, communicative,

  I consider tolerance to be the most valuable for the social development of the personality of my students. It is at preschool age that we, educators, cultivate respect for people of different nationalities, their culture. We teach children to be merciful, accept peers as they are, regardless of skin color. Our pride is our walking area! This is not only a place for games, walks, classes and observations of plants throughout the year, it is a place of relaxation, observation, experimentation. In the 2009-2010 academic year, I received thanks from the Education Department of the Furmanovsky Municipal District for creating optimal conditions for organizing and conducting educational educational process  on a walking site in the summer.
