Step by step cooking:

Place sour cream in a deep bowl, add cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla. All components mix well. In a small pan you need to heat the water. Her temperature should be higher than room temperature. Add gelatin to the water.

Add the swollen gelatin to the rest of the ingredients, mix and pour into glasses. The resulting dessert should be kept in sub-zero temperatures for at least 3 hours.

It is better to cook a curd dessert in the evening and leave to cool overnight. After the dessert freezes, it remains to decorate and serve. This product can be prepared.

Dessert with Caramel and Banana


Ingredients:

Banana - 2 pcs.
   Caramel sauce.
   Whipped cream - 1 cup.

Step by step cooking:

First of all, the main part of the dessert is prepared. It is necessary to place cracker crumbs, granulated sugar and melted butter in a deep plate. Stir and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. As the baking becomes golden, you can pull it out and leave to cool.

While the base is cooling, you need to cook custard. Pour salt, sugar, corn starch into a metal container, add milk and mix. Put on a slow fire to bring to a boil. Keep boiling until the mixture thickens.

In advance beaten eggs gradually add to the corn-milk mixture while constantly stirring. Leave it over simmer for 5 minutes, then remove the container from the heat.

Add vanillin and butter, mix thoroughly. Leave to cool. After the tank cools down, you can put it in the refrigerator.


Dessert Assembly Scheme

Ingredients for the dough:

180 gr. sifted flour of the highest grade.
   100 gr. butter or margarine.
   4 medium sized chicken eggs.
   1 cup of milk or warm water.
   0.5 tsp salt.

Ingredients for Cream:

150 ml. cream with a fat content of 33-37.
   0.5 cups icing sugar. You can use regular sugar.

If desired, icing sugar can be used for decoration.

Preparation of the test:

In a pan with a thick bottom, pour milk. You can replace it with water, but the dough in milk is obtained with a more delicate texture and taste. Add butter (margarine) to milk and cook on low heat until the butter dissolves.

At the same time, pour all the flour into the pan and immediately begin to stir while the pan does not need to be removed from the heat. Flour should be “brewed." Up to this point, you need to mix the flour for 2-3 minutes.

Then the pan should be removed from the heat and left to cool until the dough reaches room temperature. Add 1 egg to the cooled dough, each well mixed with the dough. The process of mixing eggs with the dough is rather laborious, but using a mixer is not recommended.

Place the resulting dough in a pastry bag for baking, the nozzle can be used almost any, but it is better to give preference to the "big open star". Cover the baking sheet with parchment film and squeeze the rings.

Put in a bake oven preheated to 180 ° C for 10 minutes. Next, the temperature must be reduced to 160 and left to bake for another 15 minutes. Opening the oven at the time of cooking is prohibited. Remove the baked rings from the oven and leave to cool.


While the rings are cooling, prepare the cream. Pour cream into a deep plate, add sugar. Using a mixer that is turned on at medium speed, beat until a thick homogeneous mass is obtained. In time, this can take up to 5 minutes.

Cut the cooled rings lengthwise into two halves and fill with cream using a pastry bag, connect the two parts of the ring. The nozzle can be used alone. Ready-made cakes need to be refrigerated and sprinkled with powder before serving. If desired, custard cakes can be prepared.

Cooking your own marshmallows
