  • 300 grams of home-made fresh cottage cheese, granular (it is not recommended to replace it with curd mass or prepared curds);
  • 50 grams of light raisins;
  • 0.5 teaspoon of orange or lemon peel;
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • 1 packet of vanillin;
  • 50 grams of dried dates;
  • 100 milliliters of whipping cream.

  5. Soften the oil very well at room temperature so that it starts to melt. If the kitchen is cold, you can just melt it on the stove. In this case, cool the mass to room temperature, pour into the main part of the dough, stir.

  8. Then lay the dough by hand. To make it as airy as possible, let it rise again for one hour. Only after this can yeast dough be considered ready.

What are delicious buns without the appropriate filling? Here it is special - more like cream for a cake, tender, juicy, airy, sweet. Let's start cooking:

  1. Cottage cheese with a fat content of at least 9%, you can even more fatty, wipe through a sieve or at least beat with a blender until airy consistency. This is especially true for granular cottage cheese.

  3. Add fresh lemon zest, grated on the finest grater.

  2. Now cut out sufficiently large triangles of the same size.
