At my age, it is too early to think about the highly moral things, about church ministers, and in general about history. How deeply I became mistaken. Understanding this fact came to me when I began to study the biography of Sergius Radonezh. I will say honestly that the first heard stories about the miraculous influence of St. Sergius pushed me on the idea that this is a mythical character. Later it turned out that this is a delusion.

Life Sergius Radonezh, though it looks like a fairy tale, but this is the story of the formation of a great personality. Personality that possessed the miraculous gift of serving God. I wanted to touch this story, survive the events of those old times, to understand and comprehend them. By virtue of my age, it is easier for me to analyze the paintings of artists, rather than complex historical essays. Therefore, the purpose of my work is to describe the image of Sergius Radonezh in the visual arts.
