What to eat to not get fat:

  1. Protein products (meat, fish, chicken) are digested for a long time, and hunger does not bother for a long time.
  2. Products containing non-digestible fiber (except fruits and vegetables, not yet refined rice, grain). They retain a feeling of fullness longer, remove toxins and slags, clean the intestines. Try to eat whole fruits, and not finely chopped or grated. Careful chewing also requires energy costs.
  3. Coffee. Caffeine increases the metabolic rate by 8%. This also applies green tea. It has catechins, natural antioxidants that speed up the metabolism and prevent the absorption of fats in the gastrointestinal tract. 6. Try not to keep at home appetizing harmful products - sweet, fatty and salty. Smoked meats, cakes with cream, sweet pastries, shortbread butter cookies - this is not for the home, for the family. This is for extra pounds.
7. Do not lose control of yourself! Both men and women often overeat without noticing it - eating mechanically (especially after an interesting conversation or watching TV) and skipping the moment when they have enough calories and need to stop.
