5 short words from the word typesetter. Make words from the given letters typesetter

Anyone who wants to start working as a typesetter, I advise you to familiarize yourself with my experience in this direction.

I sent out dozens of applications for typing vacancies, but among them there was only one real one. And even she did not live up to my expectations.

It seemed to me that there was nothing difficult in retyping the words from the picture into a text file. But in this work there are pitfalls that are not visible until you try to work. It is better to know about them in advance than on your own experience.

How to find a job

On the Internet, you can find a lot of vacancies for the query "typesetter required", but almost all such ads are posted by scammers. Divorce schemes are very different, but there are similarities by which you can calculate cheating:

  • Overpayment- they promise to pay from 50 rubles per sheet or 1000 signs, and sometimes they offer 10 times more. No customer will agree to pay a lot of money for simple typing, because for this you do not need to have any special knowledge, which means there will be those who wish for a low price.
  • New customer account- if a new user added an ad on the exchange, it is most likely a fraudster.
  • Mailing address from available mailers like mail.ru, which can be registered in a few minutes. Often, scammers do not even bother to invent readable mail, confining themselves to a set of symbols and signs like "Izdatel.mangr15225".
  • Instant response- if a reply letter comes in a couple of minutes, most likely this is the work of an answering machine. It contains template text that describes the working conditions and mentions the mandatory advance payment.

If in doubt, copy part of the text and search for similar ads through the search. Often scammers are too lazy to change the text and simply duplicate other people's texts.

In the comments, there will most likely be messages that the customer received an advance payment and disappeared. Then you will save your time and money.

The most important sign of scammers is that sooner or later they will be asked to pay money. Different pretexts can be used as the reason: insurance premium, payment of taxes, or even card confirmation. The most annoying thing is when they ask for a prepayment after typing.

Once I came across such a customer, and I did not find an ad on the Internet - it was pasted on the entrance. She reacted cautiously, but there were no hints of an advance payment - she specifically clarified. I was assured that this is an honest company and I will not have to pay any insurance premiums. I relaxed and got to work.

The texts were in English. Very clear printed scans of the text, so there were no problems with decoding. After making a few paragraphs, out of curiosity, I decided to search the text on the Internet. In the search there were thousands of sites on which there was this, as it turned out, a popular children's story.

I copied the information from the sites, sent it to the customer and understood what exactly the divorce was.

My proposal to deduct the commission from the remuneration or pay in another way was answered with a categorical refusal. I am very glad that I did not have time to manually type all the text.

On the Internet, I found only one site that offers this kind of work and looks reliable. The site set-tekstov.rf has been registered for a long time, they promise a small payment, there are phone numbers and addresses in the public domain.

After my first typing experience, the desire to do this was gone, so I didn't try hard to get into their staff. I applied, but they never responded. But if you are serious about it, you can try to contact and offer your services. I saw a lot of positive feedback from employees on the Internet.

How to work as a typesetter

No special skills are required for such work. It is enough to be able to work in word: format text, work with tables, make graphs and formulas. All the information you need can be found on the Internet when this knowledge is needed for a specific task.

It is desirable to be able to type quickly without typos and errors. Of the personal qualities, perseverance and attentiveness can be noted, because it will take a lot of time to peer at the texts and decipher them.

There are special programs for scanning and recognizing texts. One of the most famous is abbyy finereader. Such programs can quickly "type" printed texts, and even some tables. With their help, you can simplify the work, or else completely shift it onto the shoulders of the computer.

Although the customers themselves know such programs and actively use them. And people are given either handwritten or poorly printed pages. They may offer to type tables, draw a graph or diagram, and sometimes formulas. With such tasks, the computer copes with difficulty, so that customers are willing to pay for manual labor.

My work experience

I came across a customer with a handwritten assignment. It was necessary to decipher the synopsis of some geological lecture. It contained abbreviations, technical terms, complex surnames. But the most inconvenient thing is the unreadable handwriting.

To decipher an incomprehensible term, you had to enter its beginning and end into google search, look through the answer options and find a suitable one. It took a lot of time to clarify the information.

In some places, I could not decipher the handwriting, so I highlighted the words in the text in a different color, and circled them with a red circle on the sheets. The customer went to meet and accepted in this form.

Payment for typing texts

I was paid 10 rubles for one A4 sheet, there were 10 of them in total, and for 3 hours of work I received 100 rubles. Maybe I was just unlucky with the text and the assignment, but this experience completely discouraged me from engaging in typing.

For real work as a typesetter, they rarely pay more than 10-20 rubles per A4 sheet. Sometimes they can make a surcharge for formulas or other complex elements, but prices never reach 50 rubles.

When I sent the typed text, the customer offered to continue cooperation, but I refused. After that, I saw other similar ads, albeit with a higher payment, but no longer responded.
