However, from September 1, 2013, such a level of education, as an unfinished higher, is absent. From this point on, only records of the completed levels of education can be submitted to the employment record (clause 4 of Article 1, Article 10 of Law No. 273-FZ). If the employee has no vocational education, enter the workbook on the average general education confirmed by the certificate.

Profession or specialty employee (4) Indicated on the basis of a document on education, qualifications or availability of special knowledge (clause 2.1 Instructions for filling the labor books). So, if an employee has a bachelor's degree or master's diploma, we recommend filling out the "Profession, specialty" string in exactly according to the formulation of the diploma. Filling date (5)- This is the day when the employee has a workbook (). Despite the fact that the dates in the employment record, according to the general rule, are indicated by the figures, this date is issued as a verbal digital manner. How to make an entry for employment
