Any animal, to some extent, has the ability to regenerate its own body tissues. In a lizard, for example, the tail completely falls off, which then begins to grow again. In amphibians and in most mammals, this function in the body works automatically and more widely in all parts of the body than in humans, but this does not mean that people cannot do the same with sufficient intention, for example, with teeth:

From an old post on the topic of:

The ward had tonsils removed 6 months before the session. During the session, she had a question “is it possible to grow amputated organs in our reality”. The Guardians answered clearly: "No, you can't."
What a surprise the ward was when, after a month, the removed tonsils grew back! In a conversation, I asked her if she tried to find out from the keepers why, to put it mildly, they lied to her (her communication channel with them remained open)?

This was their answer:

Our whole body consists of quanta, and quanta are pure energy formed by our consciousness into certain material objects. We change the settings of consciousness, we change our appearance. Within reasonable limits, of course. Well, it doesn't hurt to clean the quanta, as well as the space between them.

From post-session analysis:

When I do this new practice, it feels to me as if I give my body control to my higher aspect.
I see this atomic structure of the body all the time. As if atoms are a body. And the void between them is the realm of the spirit. And we must let him take this place.

D_A: well, yes, atoms (quanta) are physical. matrix, and the rest is a void that needs to be filled with the spirit, thereby expanding their fields of influence, incl. and on your own body. it is not for nothing that it is said that the body is a vessel for the soul ... Ultimately it all comes down to the purity of consciousness that fills the shell)

Yes! A clear image, stable. As an instruction. Like a basic lesson. It is necessary to keep this understanding in consciousness all the time. You need to keep this place clean and free for the spirit to move on. I sit on the shore of the ocean - I pass the ocean between the atoms. In the forest - the air is filled with the pure energy of trees.

There are several ways to restore the dentition. The choice of this or that type depends on the degree and localization of damage. With the help of modern dental methods, it is possible to eliminate not only minor, but also significant damage. And artificial prostheses will not differ externally and functionally from their teeth.

The main causes of tooth decay are caries and mechanical trauma. Pathogenic microorganisms and chemical irritants enter the dentin and pulp through minor damage. They make the problem worse over time and can lead to removal. Therefore, the sooner the treatment is started, the easier and cheaper dental restoration will be.

Lack of timely treatment leads to:

  • inflammatory processes;
  • extensive damage to the tooth, soft and bone tissues;
  • the formation of granulomas and cysts at the apex of the root;
  • the development of gum disease.

Dental restoration methods differ in technology, materials and cost. The reconstruction method is selected individually for each case and depends on the level and location of destruction. So, for minor damage, it will be enough to put a seal. In case of severe injuries, they resort to installing pins or inlays.

Important! Two key points in determining the method of restoration are the recommendations of the dentist and the financial capabilities of the patient. The doctor offers several optimal options with different costs, and the client decides how to restore the tooth.

Composite restoration

Composites are photopolymer materials. They are applied layer by layer to the damaged area and harden under the action of the light flux emitted by the photopolymerizer. They consist of epoxy and acrylic resins, silane and inorganic filler.

Important! Due to their high strength, the possibility of individual color matching and high accuracy of restoration, photopolymers are used today in every dentistry.

Composite materials are applied in layers.

It is used when no more than 30% of the tooth is damaged. The procedure takes an average of half an hour and is carried out in one visit:

  1. Cleansing the cavity from carious damage and expanding it.
  2. Treatment of the prepared area with antiseptics and installation of an insulating gasket.
  3. Covering the tooth with a filling.
  4. Grinding and polishing.

Composites can be used to restore both chewing (molars and premolars) and anterior (canines and incisors) teeth. The material is resistant to stress, does not change color and allows you to repeat the shape of a natural bite exactly to a fraction of a millimeter.

Prices for composite restoration depend on which teeth the dentist is restoring. On average, treatment for molars costs 3,000 rubles, for incisors - 5,000 rubles.

Recovery tabs

Reconstructive inlays are used for injuries to premolars and molars. They are used as an alternative when more than 30% of the tooth is damaged. In fact, inlays are micro-prostheses. They are identical to the patient's bite, represent a one-piece structure, attached simultaneously to several molars using special cement. They are made by a dental technician using casts.

Consists of several stages:

  1. Dissection of the damaged cavity.
  2. Impression taking and color matching (for ceramic inlays).
  3. Making an insert - from a week to two.
  4. Fitting and installation of a microprosthesis.

Important! It is impossible to install the insert on the incisors and canines due to the cutting surface. An extensive horizontal area is required to secure the microprosthesis.

The inserts are made of an alloy of metals, cermets and ceramics. The most reliable are ceramic microprostheses. Their cost varies within 15,000 rubles.

Inlays are made according to individual impressions.

Veneers

Dental restoration methods include restoration with veneers - micro-prostheses in the form of a thin plate. Their thickness varies from 0.3 mm to 0.7 mm. They are only used to restore the front teeth. With the help of veneers, you can eliminate not only damage to the canines and incisors, but also various defects: curvatures, disproportionately large gaps between the teeth, darkening or yellowing of the enamel.

Veneers are made from ceramics or zirconium dioxide. Before installation, part of the enamel is removed so that the incisor or canine does not "bulge" forward. performed by a prosthetic dentist. It consists of:

  1. Enamel turning for microprosthesis.
  2. Taking impressions.
  3. Color matching.
  4. Installations of temporary veneers.
  5. Making permanent dentures.
  6. Fitting and fixing veneers.

This method of prosthetics allows you to restore the smile line in a short time. Veneers are installed on one or several teeth of the upper or lower row.

Important! Veneers are not used for severe injuries, bruxism, inflammatory gum disease and abnormal tooth mobility.

Prosthetics with veneers is an expensive procedure. For one unit, you will have to pay from 16,000 to 25,000 rubles.

Pins

Restoration of teeth using pins is used for extensive damage - over 50%. It is also used when the coronal part has completely collapsed and only the root system remains. The post is a biocompatible shaft. It is screwed into the root or cemented in the canal.

The upper part of the structure protrudes a few millimeters above the gum. Moreover, it should be smaller than the inner one. It is possible to build up the crown part immediately after the post placement.

Important! How successful the restoration of the tooth with pins will be depends directly on when the treatment was started. The sooner the patient goes to dentistry, the more chances for a successful restoration.

The pins are made from cobalt-chrome alloy, ceramic and fiberglass. Metal rods are avoided on incisors and canines, as they can show through the walls. They try not to use the restoration with pins when the tooth is completely destroyed. This method does not provide an even distribution of the load, lasts 3 - 5 years and can be complicated by root splitting and the development of caries.

The cost of augmenting a broken tooth with pins consists of two components: installation of a rod - from 1,500 rubles and restoration of the supragingival part - from 3,000 rubles. Due to its low cost, this restorative method is in high demand.

Stump tabs

Restoration of a tooth with a stump tab is referred to as a prosthetic method. This method is used when only the root remains or the walls are so thin that they cannot be strengthened. Stump tabs are of two types: cast and collapsible. The latter are installed on molars with multiple canals.

They represent a construction of two components: root and crown. After fixing the inner part, the supragingival component is attached to it.

Important! The stump tabs are only part of the prosthesis. After installation, they are covered with crowns. Therefore, the insert is always smaller than the finished tooth.

The inlays are made from cobalt-chrome alloy, zirconia and ceramics. Metal structures are stronger and more reliable. However, when restoring incisors and canines, ceramic and zirconium products are preferred. The load on them is less than on the molars, and the metal can shine through the top layer of the tooth.

Restoration of a broken tooth with a stump tab takes several stages:

  1. Deepening of the root part under the prosthesis.
  2. Taking impressions for making an insert, closing the cavity with a temporary filling.
  3. Fitting and placing the prosthesis on cement.
  4. Making impressions for the crown.
  5. Fastening the finished crown to the inlay.

Important! Crowns are made of metal alloy by gold plating, plastics, ceramics and cermets. The latter two are preferred. They do not oxidize, do not change shape or color. And their service life is at least 10 years.

The price consists of two parts: the insert itself and the crown. It varies depending on the materials used. On average, one tab will cost from 4,000 to 9,000 rubles, and a crown - from 3,000 to 15,000 rubles.

Restoration of teeth is carried out using composite materials, pins, inlays and veneers. The method of restoration directly depends on the size and location of the destruction. Lack of timely treatment leads to infection, inflammation and subsequent tooth extraction.

Extensive cavities, inflammation of the gums or mechanical trauma can severely destroy the tooth, from which only the root can remain. But this does not mean at all that the remnants of the tooth must be removed. Modern dentistry has a lot of tools for restoring the functions and aesthetics of a decayed tooth. However, any procedure for tooth restoration requires compliance with certain rules.

What is meant by tooth augmentation?

If only the root is left of the decayed tooth, a build-up method is used, which involves the layer-by-layer application of composite material of different transparency from the base of the damaged dental unit, followed by grinding and polishing (for more details, see the article: how is the root of a tooth removed if the tooth itself is no longer there?) This method of restoration allows you to give the crown the shape and maximum naturalness of the tooth.

Along with this, a solar composite is used for the artistic restoration of a decayed tooth. This method is used when a tooth breaks off at the very root (see also: how many roots do teeth have?). In this case, a pin is installed in the canal, around which a special material is applied and the required shape of the lost part of the tooth is formed.

Conditions for the restoration of a decayed tooth from the root

Mainly teeth with a removed nerve are destroyed (see also: how and where to remove a nerve in a tooth?). Without the necessary nutrition, the walls of the enamel become thinner and split off at the slightest mechanical impact. It is impossible to restore a tooth in such a situation by filling, therefore, augmentation and prosthetics are used. The choice depends on the degree of tooth decay.

If a tooth has fallen apart, you need to see a dentist as soon as possible, as the delay can make it impossible to recover.

If the patient does not have the material resources to grow the tooth, the doctor will temporarily place a filling to prevent further destruction and, thus, will give a kind of delay until recovery.

It is possible to restore a damaged tooth in the presence of a root in the following cases:

In addition, to restore a broken or erased tooth, you need to have extensive financial resources (for more details, see the article: How can you restore a broken tooth?). Augmentation and prosthetics are expensive procedures.

How are broken teeth restored?

Decayed teeth with a preserved root are restored using pin elements or stump tabs. The choice of the method depends on the degree of destruction of the dental unit, the individual characteristics of the organism and the financial capabilities of the patient. In any case, only the doctor decides which method should be used. The listed technologies have similar principles of restoration, but can differ significantly in cost, which depends on the materials used and the required preliminary procedures.

Using pins

A post is an orthodontic structure in the form of a rod, which is made from a material that is hypoallergenic and biocompatible with the human body (fiberglass, ceramics, titanium or other metal alloys). The most reliable is the pin element made of carbon fiber material, which contains microscopic glass particles.

Pins are used to restore a tooth after extraction or damage. They are designed to strengthen the destroyed unit, increasing its height above the gum level, and perform a supporting function for fixing further structures and materials. Pin elements are used to restore teeth only if there is at least one wall. With complete destruction of the coronal part, this type of prosthetics is contraindicated.

There are 2 types of pin elements:

  1. Active. They are screwed into the root thanks to the carving. Installation does not require preliminary expansion of root canals. This type of pins is used in cases where the tooth is completely destroyed.
  2. Passive. They are fixed with a special cementing agent and are used for minor violations of the integrity of the tooth.

A broken dental unit can be restored with a pin in one, maximum two, appointments with a doctor. Before installing the pin element, an X-ray is taken to determine the degree of tooth decay and to exclude the presence of granulomas and cysts at the apex of the tooth root. Installation of the pin structure is as follows:

  1. If necessary, carious lesions are eliminated, inflammatory processes are treated, plaque and tartar are removed.
  2. The oral cavity is cleaned of affected tissues, after which it is treated with antiseptic agents.
  3. The shaft of the pin is screwed into the root. In this case, the part of the structure, which is located in the root cavity, must exceed the height of the pin element above the gum surface.
  4. Restoration of the supragingival region. The restoration of the tooth is carried out using composite materials.
  5. Grinding. Excess filling material is eliminated, rough areas are polished.

This type of augmentation of a decayed tooth (due to mechanical injury or extraction) has a significant drawback - a short service life of the structure, in most cases not exceeding 4-5 years. In addition, there is a high probability of root destruction and the development of caries due to insufficient tightness. It is impossible to remove the post without damaging the root due to the very strong fixation. The photo shows a tooth restored with a pin.

Using the stump tab

If the tooth breaks off to the base, it can be restored with the help of the stump, which is a structure of 1 or 2 elements. It is made from plastic, ceramics, zirconium dioxide or alloys of various metals.

The best types of designs are zirconium and ceramic inlays. They are durable, highly aesthetic and non-destructive. However, ceramics are not used for the restoration of molars, since this material is not able to withstand heavy chewing loads. One-piece structures are used to restore single-root units, collapsible ones - multi-root ones.

Stump tabs are made according to individual parameters, in accordance with the shape of the damaged tooth. Their size should be less than the size of the restored dental unit, since a composite material is applied on top or a crown is put on.

This method, in contrast to the first, is labor intensive, but at the same time ensures high strength of the installed structure. In addition, the stump tabs have a long service life - about 10 years.

Restoration of a broken tooth with the subsequent installation of a crown takes 3-4 weeks on average. The procedure includes the following steps:

Before placing the stump tab, the condition of the root canals is checked. If the orthopedic dentist has comments, the patient is referred for treatment to an endodontist.

The cost

The cost of dental restoration depends on the method of restoration, the material of the orthodontic construction, the presence of dental diseases and treatment, the pricing policy of the clinic and the region in which the service is provided. Installation of a metal pin costs on average 1.5 thousand rubles, and a fiberglass pin 2 thousand rubles. The cost of making a stump inlay from cobalt-chromium is about 4.5 thousand rubles, from ceramics - 10 thousand rubles, from zirconium dioxide - 8 thousand rubles. The use of a metal-ceramic crown will cost 9 thousand rubles, and an all-ceramic crown - 14 thousand rubles.

Each of us wants to have a beautiful or even dazzling smile, but not everyone has it from birth, and whoever had it - with age, we have to part with it. The reason is banal - the guarantee for the human body ends in the region of 35 years and the rest of life is provided thanks to the development of society and medicine. The availability of global medical technologies has made it possible for us to restore lost teeth with the help of implants.
As a result, we can significantly extend the preservation of our own teeth due to the rapid restoration of the lost tooth, thereby reducing the load on the remaining ones. But what if you have already lost more than 70% of your teeth in your mouth? How much will all dental implants cost?

To date, there are two key technologies for the restoration of all teeth in the dentition with the help of implants - classical implantation of each tooth and dental prosthetics on 4 implants. Everybody presents classical implantation, as it has been available in our country for many years. You can familiarize yourself with it in detail in the video material at the end of this article. It consists of three stages - installation of an implant, installation of a temporary crown and replacement of a temporary crown with a permanent one.
All these procedures are carried out quite quickly and easily if you have recently lost a tooth. This means that the jaw bone has not yet atrophied and will not have to be augmented. In this case, the cost of one tooth implantation will cost you 50-80 thousand rubles. As soon as the need arises to augment the jaw bone, the cost of prosthetics for one tooth increases by 50-100%, and the terms of prosthetics are lengthened to six months or more.
Therefore, prosthetics of all lost teeth in the traditional way is a technique that is affordable and affordable for each of us. Indeed, in each dentition there should be at least 10 teeth, and better all 12. Therefore, for one dentition during restoration by the classical method, about 1 million rubles may be needed. And this price will only grow, since the implants are imported, like many dental equipment.

An alternative is the restoration of teeth with four implants. Traditionally, the pioneer in implantology is Nobel, which first patented the All-on-6 technology, then the All-on-4 technology. The first involves the restoration of the dentition on six implants, the second - the restoration on four implants.
The essence of the method is to install four or six implants with the subsequent attachment of a permanent prosthesis with 12 teeth to them. Dentures are equipped with an artificial gum, so you will not have any aesthetic problems when using them. The cost of implantation using the All-on-4 technology is about 8000 US dollars or 500 thousand rubles for one dentition. In this case, you get 12 teeth, therefore, one restored tooth will cost you 42 thousand rubles. The technology is already actively offered by dental clinics in Moscow.

Many dental clinics offer alternative denture restoration technologies on four implants from other manufacturers. The South Korean company Osstem, well-known in implantology, makes it possible to restore the same 12 teeth for 400 thousand rubles. Recovery is also carried out on four implants. The key difference in the warranty period is that for Nobel it is 10 years for implants and one year for a prosthesis, while for Osstem it is 5 years for implants and one year for a prosthesis.
An even cheaper option is the Israeli solution from Noris Medical, where the warranty periods are the same as those of Osstem and the savings can be up to $ 100-200. In recent years, large dental clinics in the capital have begun to offer domestic methods of dental restoration on four Iris implants, Liko-M series. The cost of a domestic solution is much cheaper and amounts to about 190 thousand rubles. At the same time, you lose the guarantee on implants, which will be only 3 years and you will receive a prosthesis with not 12 teeth, but with 10 teeth.

Thus, modern dentistry offers you a choice - to restore the entire dentition of lost teeth either for 1 million rubles through classical implantology, or using the All-on-4 technology - half the price.

At the end of the article, we present a video clip showing the principles of tooth restoration by classical implantation.

The source of the prices presented in the article is the international center for detailed implantation "EspaDent".
