I was prompted by my own children to ask how to make popsicles at home. In the hot season, or even just on weekends, they often ask for popsicles. But, to my regret, many manufacturers forget to put real fruit there. But homemade ice cream is a completely different story. It consists entirely of the freshest fruits. Such fruit ice is very tasty, beautiful and, most importantly, healthy. Pleasant sourness and aroma of your favorite fruit will make you a fan of this light dessert forever. The recipe for kiwi ice cream is so simple that even older children can make it. After a couple of hours, you will have in your hands a great healthy dessert made with love.

Ingredients:

  • kiwi - 4 pieces;
  • natural honey - one tablespoon;
  • fruit juice - 100 - 150 milliliters.

  1. First of all, wash the kiwi under running water and peel it.
  2. Then we cut three kiwis into quarters and send them to the blender bowl.
  3. And cut one kiwi into thin circles and set aside for now.
  4. Also add one tablespoon of honey to the blender.
  5. Tip: If for some reason you do not use honey, then in this kiwi ice cream recipe you can replace it with one tablespoon of sugar. Or, if the fruits are very ripe and sweet, and you want to make ice cream less caloric, then you can not put sugar at all.
  6. Pour some fruit juice into the blender bowl (I use multi-fruit): approximately 100 - 150 milliliters. So that when whipping, the fruit mass has a liquid consistency.
  7. Beat the kiwi (using a blender) until a homogeneous liquid consistency.
  8. We take small plastic cups (they will serve as molds for ice cream) and vertically place two thin circles of kiwi fruit on the walls of each cup (we have already cut them in advance).
  9. Then pour the fruit mass into the middle. You should not pour the mass to the very top, as when it freezes it will increase slightly in volume.
  10. And in the middle of each cup we insert a wooden stick (or a small plastic spoon).
  11. We send cups of ice cream to the freezer for two to three hours: until completely frozen.
  12. Remove homemade fruit ice from kiwi from the freezer immediately before use. Warm a glass of ice cream in your palms a little - and it will easily and quickly leave its mold.

  4. Pour the remaining 100 grams of sugar into the protein, which is in the second bowl, pour liquid cream there and mix.
  5. We take a small dish and pour the contents of both bowls into it. Mix thoroughly with a spoon, and then beat this mass with a blender to a light airy consistency and put the finished dish in the freezer for 5 hours. Ice cream should not be covered with ice crystals, so it must be stirred regularly (1-2 times per hour).
  6. To serve ice cream beautifully on the table, take a ready-made tartlet. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and dip the edges of the tartlet in this softened chocolate, after which we send it to the freezer. After freezing, fill the finished tartlet with ice cream balls.
