The deadline for submitting a notice is strictly regulated - this must be done no later than 2 days before the trip. This time is necessary for government agencies to verify the information received (bus registration, maintenance, etc.). The traffic police checks for fines that the driver has not paid. If they exist, traffic police officers will be forced to refuse the driver to obtain permission to transport children.
