Evening

The whole procedure takes from three to four minutes, and the results, as they say, is evident. The combination of serum and cream is not an absolute necessity, but it is definitely a good idea.

Although serum with vitamin C contributes to the production of collagen, they do not have a moisturizing effect, so if your skin is dry, the night cream will be a wonderful addition.

Since the perfectly clean surface is ready to absorb anti-aging agents, the evening is most suitable for retinoid creams and formulas with moisturizing components, such as glycerin. The temperature of our body during sleep is slightly rising, which facilitates the deeper penetration of creams and serums.

Once a week

Gommage (exfoliation, mechanical peeling) gently removes the upper leather layer and makes the skin surface perfectly clean and pink. ("Hommage" translated from French means "erasing", and "Gom" is a rubber eraser, which is used to erase some word.)

Gommage can also be carried out for a slightly weathered lip skin.

After gommage, it would be nice to make a very soft moisturizing mask.

If you leave the moisturizing mask on the face all night instead of a night cream, then wake up stunningly beautiful. Verified. (You can do this one or twice a week, no more often.)

Moisturizing masks are not very damaging. After you have found the one that you like the most, try on the expiration of fifteen-twenty minutes to lie down your head on the pillow (of course, in a clean, fresh pillowcase), and you will see excellent results.

Dr. Valerie Galle recommends a concentration between 5 and 10 percent, depending on the skin condition. Again, the more, the better for the elbows, knees, heels and sometimes hands. Of course, it does not look glamorous, but gives results.

So, in the care plan I made primarily the morning and evening leaving routine. My morning care includes cleansing the skin of the face and neck. In the beauty plan, I also included plucking the eyebrows once a week, a manicure and pedicure once every 10 days (I mean not the application of varnish, but just care for the cuticle, giving nails form).
