: In the Model States of kindergartens with indoor small swimming pools, posts have been established:

- physical culture instructor at the rate of 0.25 units of position for every 2 groups with which swimming lessons are held;

- nurse, maintenance and repair worker of buildings, structures and equipment, office cleaner and operator of the chlorination unit (if there is a chlorination unit) with a number of groups with swimming lessons from 4 to 8 - 0.5 each units, and in the presence of 9 or more such groups - for one of the above positions - Order of the USSR Ministry of Question from 31.08.87 N 167.

Notes. 1. Heads of one-two-group kindergartens (except for kindergartens with children staying around the clock or having one such group) are obliged to conduct educational work with children in a group for 3 hours a day. Therefore, in these kindergartens, with a six-day working week, the number of carers is reduced by 0.5 units, and for a five-day working week, by 0.4 units. In one-group kindergartens with a 9-hour stay of children with a five-day working week, the number of teachers is reduced by 0.25 units.

2. In kindergartens (groups) with children staying round-the-clock during a six-day working week, night nannies are appointed at the rate of two units for every two groups and for a five-day working week - 1.3 units for every two groups, and in kindergartens with one a group with children staying around the clock or several similar groups, but placed in the same group in different buildings or having isolated entrances from the street - at the rate of two units or 1.3 units per group, respectively. In kindergartens with an odd number of groups with children staying round-the-clock, in one of the groups a night nurse position is established according to the standards provided for kindergartens with one such group.

3. In kindergartens serviced by centralized accounting departments, the positions of senior accountant and accountant are not established.

4. In one-group kindergartens with a 12-hour and twenty-four-hour stay of children with a six-day working week, an additional 0.14 chef posts are established.

In kindergartens with a 12-hour and round-the-clock stay of children:

in the presence of two and three groups, an additional 0.5 units of the assistant cook’s position shall be established;

in the presence of six and seven groups, an additional 0.5 units of auxiliary worker’s position shall be established.

5. Positions of laundresses are established when it is not possible to use the services of communal laundries.

6. In kindergartens with independent central (water, gas, steam) heating, for the heating season, the position of drivers (stokers) is calculated at the rate of one unit per shift. Out of the total number of machinists (stokers), one position is set for the whole year.

With centralized heat supply (CHP) in kindergartens with a heating point or elevator, one position of an electrician is installed, and if there are boilers and pumps, when 24-hour duty is required, positions of electricians are established at the rate of one unit per shift.

When stove heating for the heating season, the position of the stoker is set at the rate of 0.5 units for every 5 furnaces.

7. In the presence of refrigeration, electric stoves and other electric heaters in kindergartens with 4 or more groups (if the state does not have a mechanic-electrician position), 0.5 units of a mechanic-electrician will be installed.

8. In the presence of equestrian or motor transport (scooter) serving this kindergarten or several preschool institutions, the post of horse carrier or driver (driver of motor scooter) is established.

9. In kindergartens located in independent buildings and having two or more groups of children, the position of janitor is established in accordance with the area of ​​cleaned area approved by the executive committees of the Councils of Workers' Deputies.

In kindergartens with an orchard or a plot of land with ornamental plantings, a gardener position may be established. In these cases, the position of the janitor is not installed.

10. The post of the watchman is established, if necessary, by decision of the executive committee of the Council of Workers' Deputies.

11. In sanatorium kindergartens (for children with small and subsiding forms of tuberculosis), the number of night nannies in the five-day work week and the number of cleaning workers in nannies is increased by 0.14 units per each unit of these posts.

The states of boarding-type sanatorium kindergartens are established in accordance with the model staffs of kindergartens with children's round-the-clock, taking into account work on weekends and holidays.

In sanatorium kindergartens, laundry positions are established regardless of the availability of communal laundry facilities.

12. In kindergartens for children with hearing impairments and in general-type kindergartens, where special groups for such children are created, one additional position of deaf-and-dumb teacher is set for each specified group, and the position of night nurse in each such group with children staying around the clock standards provided for kindergartens with one group with children staying around the clock.

13. In kindergartens for children with speech disorders and in general-type kindergartens, where special groups are created for such children, one more speech therapist position is established for each specified group.

14. The staff (with the exception of kindergarten managers and group personnel) in kindergartens for children with hearing and speech impairments and in general-type kindergartens, where special groups are created for such children, is determined based on the number of groups determined by dividing the list children on 25.

ON APPROVAL OF TYPICAL STATES OF PRESCHOOL INSTITUTIONS

In order to streamline the states of preschool institutions I order:

1. To approve the Model States of kindergartens (Appendix N 1) and the Standard States of nursery nursery schools (Appendix N 2).
