Certificate of a serviceman of the Russian Guard

One example of absurdity is sucking money out of servicemen in favor of military units. We had such a policy in the unit. If needles and threads run out during duty, the orderly buys them at his own expense. For burned out light bulbs, broken items in the toilet ( e.g. cranes) is paid by the company officer on duty. There was a case when the window smashed the glass with the wind, and the sergeant bought a new one at his own expense. In the dog center for a missing or broken bowl, all contractors are thrown off. Once they threw off the whole platoon, including conscripts, on new cuttings for shovels and panicles. Hozpacket ( which cannot be used, it is for show), notebooks and a pen must have every soldier, but be kind enough to buy at your own expense. The officers told us this: “Why are you being given money? Yes, so that you buy essential things, and not go to eat in a cap. ”. [Chepok - a soldier's tea house on the territory of a military unit. Red.] I had the imprudence to ask a couple of times: “What are you getting paid for?”. My poor cockade. Monetary allowance in our unit: a conscript - 1000 rubles, a corporal - 1300 rubles.

There is also a certain norm of toilet paper and soap, but there was always not enough of it, and, again, I had to buy it at my own expense. And in the cap it ends quickly, you have to have time to buy it.

I was never given the second pair of berets that I was supposed to have. Fortunately, the demobilization was left. Bertsy wear out quickly, this is not a Soviet tarpaulin boot for you. One comrade in my unit changed 5 pairs in a year. I wore out three pairs and that because I sewed them up often. The ankle boots get wet, so hyperhidrosis is very popular, and here it is better to get an ointment so that the legs do not stink and do not interfere with sleep. That is, if the uniform is worn out before it is supposed to be, “find, steal, give birth, buy”, but it must be in the proper form.

You can write a separate article about Yudashkin's form. This is a clear sabotage! I will say briefly. This is not the old Soviet one for you. You get cold in the winter and sweat in the summer. She is not breathing and very uncomfortable. Threads constantly stick out of it, and it often breaks. It is necessary to set them on fire carefully, because the form burns well.

On the study of military affairs and physical education

During the year of service, I shot from a machine gun 10 times with 10 rounds, and once at night firing. Not every one of my peers can boast of such a thing! There are sergeants in our unit who cannot pull themselves up on the horizontal bar.

In the dog center we had a secret corner, made by the previous calls. There were bars, two barbells, a punching bag, benches and dumbbells. We ran there when we had a rare free minute. The officers did not go there, because it was next to the women's toilet. It's a pity, but our secret corner and regular sports quickly stopped. It was discovered by female sergeants and all the simulators were removed from there.

During the day we need to have time: paint, whitewash, pluck the grass, carry weights, feed and water the dogs, clean up after them. When half of the platoon is in outfits, and four dogs are attached to you, then even with great desire and enthusiasm, there is no time left to play sports. And I always want to sleep because of the outfits. There is little free time: before dinner and after it. It happened that we were driven out to the stadium to make faces for show, but I don’t even want to comment on this.

About dogs

Hardly a tenth can do what it's supposed to do. We have several ostentatious dogs in the unit for all kinds of checks, competitions and excursions ( a kindergarten and a school sometimes came to visit us in the military unit). The rest are for show. And sometimes it comes to complete insanity. I had a dog with its head on its side (disabled) in my platoon, you can’t even put a collar on it. I asked the officers why we feed this dog, because she is disabled and can't do anything. They answered that they sent a request to Moscow for permission to euthanize disabled people, but they ignore it there, and without permission it is impossible.

Dogs simply have no time to train! Yes, and there is no desire, especially among conscripts. The whip is such an incentive. If a soldier has the opportunity to rest, take a nap or get stuck on the phone (which are forbidden, but everyone still has it, despite the shmons), he will do it, regardless of the risk of being punished.

Briefly about the daily routine

Rise at 5:45, morning toilet - and to the dog center. There it is supposed to walk dogs for 15 minutes, but rarely, when it was possible to get us to walk them for more than 5 minutes. If the duty officer in the center left or didn’t care, then the dogs might not be walked at all. Still, there is not enough time for a full-fledged walking.

Then they themselves went to breakfast at 8:00, after which they divorced. Here, too, not without insanity. If there is dog excrement in the enclosure, it means that idle soldiers did not clean it up in the morning.

Then lunch at 14:00. After another divorce. Usually they were not carried out quickly, because on it the unit commander must not only give predictable tasks to each platoon, but also emotionally, with introductory words, explain to each contract soldier how bad he is and why.

And if a test is planned, then there is no time for classes with dogs. This is where the work begins. Part must be licked thoroughly. But this is the topic of a separate article, because there are so many absurd moments to tell that there is enough for a book. Painting grass is just the tip of the iceberg!

About dog nutrition

I don’t know how and by whom the norms are calculated, but dogs usually don’t even eat half. I have to throw it away, because. You can’t reuse food, and there’s nowhere and no reason to store it. Dogs up to 3 months were fed milk, from 3 to 6 months - porridge ( with meat, eggs), from 6 months - dry food. Every day, a beef leg, a bag of dry food, milk, eggs, cereals, and fish were brought to the center from the warehouse. About half of this good will be in the trash by the evening.

About food for soldiers

It's ambiguous here. Some ate and others didn't. Soups, cereals, mashed potatoes, eggs, butter, etc. There was almost no meat! Veins, bacon boiled in soup, but not meat.

But what really pissed me off was that were not allowed to drink. Pour half a mug - be satisfied. In the summer, okay, at least a flask helps out, but again, not without absurdity. The flask should always be full, and immediately after the dining room, a divorce, where they check the appearance of this flask. There are washbasins in the dining room, but there is almost always no water there, only before checks. If we were lucky, we collected water already in the center from taps, from which we pour water for dogs. If you're not lucky, then usually a flask "pierced the kidney." And that's not even the worst part! It happens that they will give you a burnt compote in the dining room, from which you can only spit. Juice is given, but very rarely. Once they gave juice with bleach.

Another case with bleach was when the water was turned off in the unit. A car arrived with a barrel to give us a drink, so someone was smart enough to throw bleach there. I don't care, I always drank from the faucet in the washbasin, because the water there is not so nasty.

We didn’t have any buffets or other fairy tales from the federal media. The dining room is occupied by the commandant's company. The conscripts are busy cutting bread, peeling potatoes and mopping floors. The contractors prepare food.

In the evening, you can take time off from the responsible officer in a cap. The only place where there were civilians. It is dangerous to go there alone, we ask for leave in a group. Three times I got into a group of non-Russian guys who begged for money. The first time they interceded, a contract soldier from my unit approached in time. The second time I ran away. And on the third, as they say in the army, "I believed in myself" - I barked at them, and they fell behind.

About camaraderie

Theft and sneaking is highly developed. Contempt for the higher authorities in combination with sycophancy is present at all levels of the military hierarchy. And this is the fault of at least half of the military. The community and national chauvinism are very strongly developed, which often develops into skirmishes with non-Russian colleagues. Gender inequality is pronounced. Female sergeants have significant privileges and indulgences. They take advantage of this and can snitch on you if you don’t please them in some way. This is especially true for conscripts.

About officers

They basically do not shine with intelligence and decency. So, out of twelve officers in my unit, only four were adequate and competent ( in my subjective opinion). Officers do all sorts of nonsense like bureaucracy. They have no time to educate and train soldiers. And no desire.

We had one officer, a rare bastard. He liked to beat him in the face at the slightest pretext, to mock the soldiers in every possible way, to humiliate and insult them. He used to make me run right after the canteen, and so on. In every possible way amuses his ego and sadistic inclinations. Four times conscripts in full strength refused to carry out his mocking orders.

Not all officers sympathize with the current government, but they are afraid to talk about it openly. Although from time to time slip notes of malice towards the government. It was somehow, one officer poured out his soul to me and said that he did not want to serve in such an army when he went to the school. Similar thoughts sometimes popped up in other officers.

As I understand them. I also joined the army voluntarily, having heard enough of my comrades who served in the Soviet army. For me, service is a family tradition. A rite of passage. But now no one gets what they expect from her. Now the army is not an army, but a circus of absurdity.

In the armed forces, all the ills of society appear in a more obvious and exaggerated form. I realized this during the service and was horrified by how much the minds of people in our country are poisoned by chauvinism, stereotypes and prejudices.

Now imagine that the war has begun. How will such armed forces fight, which are rotten by bureaucracy, nationalism, selfishness, careerism and other ailments?

In my letter, I tried to give a relatively brief, superficial assessment. Thank you for attention!

From the editor: Under socialism, Russia had class enemies in the face of the capitalist powers. Now Russia is trying to compete with these countries for influence on the world market. Her main enemy is her own people. Therefore, the federal army is in critical condition, devastation reigns in them and. At the same time, the Russian Guard is being tried to fight the Russians.

Such a policy, if not stopped, will inevitably lead to the death of the country.

The most promising military personnel who do not have the appropriate education, who are serving under a contract and have the rank of private and sergeant, can be sent to ensign schools, after which they are awarded the military rank of ensign.

Military personnel with a higher or secondary vocational education and having related higher education institutions, when appointed to positions for which the state provides for the military rank of warrant officer, may also be assigned this military rank.

The National Guard is a paramilitary body of executive power, formed by order of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces (Armed Forces) of the Russian Federation. Another name is the National Guard. The structure is based on:

  • internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
  • detachments of SOBR and OMON;
  • private security;
  • TsSN SOR and aviation (center for special forces and rapid response).

The composition of the TsSN SOR includes the legendary units "Lynx" (SOBR), "Bison" (OMON), "Hawk" (aviation special forces), deployed in Moscow and the capital region. Those wishing to enter the service in the National Guard by conscription must clearly understand the goals and objectives of the unit. Military service in the National Guard has significant differences from the performance of military duty in the ranks of the army.

The main tasks of the National Guard

The troops of the National Guard are directly subordinate to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Armed Forces. The activity of a paramilitary structure is determined by the Federal Law. The intended purpose is to protect the security of society and the state.

To ensure the goal, the Russian Guards perform the following tasks:

  • combating terrorist and extremist organizations, participating in counter-terrorist operations;
  • protection of OP (public order);
  • protection of state facilities, sensitive facilities and cargo of special importance;
  • participation in hostilities to protect the territory of the Russian Federation;
  • assistance to FSB officers and servicemen of the border troops in the protection of the state border of Russia;
  • ensuring the organization of the state of emergency and martial law;
  • supervision over the implementation of state laws in the field of arms trafficking, the activities of private security companies (private security companies) and private detectives;
  • ensuring the security of representatives of state authorities (by personal order of the President).

The escort and protection of prisoners and persons under investigation is not included in the tasks of the National Guard. Unlike the active army, which is deployed in four military districts, the territorial division of the Russian Guard consists of eight districts: North Caucasus, Siberian, Urals, Southern, Eastern, Central, United North-Western and Volga.

Basic requirements for applicants for service in the divisions of the Russian Guard

To serve in the units of the National Guard on a contract basis, you must meet the age category from 18 to 31 years. Behind the shoulders of the applicant must be a military service on conscription. Priority is given to candidates who served in the airborne troops, special forces, marines, border troops.

An additional advantage will be work experience (in a civilian position), or length of service in rank, in law enforcement agencies and law enforcement agencies. Police officers applying for a place in the ranks of the Russian Guard are not required to take qualification exams.

For other candidates, the qualifying events include:

  • examination by a medical commission with the assignment of an “A” fitness category (sometimes, a “B” category is allowed);
  • psychological testing for stress resistance and adequacy;
  • delivery of standards of physical training.

The gender of the applicant does not matter. Female representatives are allowed to serve on an equal basis with men, and in accordance with identical requirements. For Russian Guardsmen from among girls and women, positions are provided in medical, printing, photogrammetric units, and in communications units.

And also as lawyers, psychologists, cooks, video surveillance operators, translators. Selection for women's positions is accompanied by a medical examination, psychological testing and compliance with physical fitness standards.

Legislatively approved the formation of the National Guard troops of a mixed type, where contract soldiers make up 80% of the total personnel. The remaining 20% are accounted for by young people serving on conscription. The term of military service in the ranks of the National Guard corresponds to the length of service in the Armed Forces, that is, it is one year.

The key requirements for recruit candidates are:

  • age of majority;
  • the presence of a document confirming the citizenship of the Russian Federation;
  • ideal state of health (compliance with the fitness category "A", according to a medical examination at the Military Commissariat).
  • compliance with the standards of physical training;
  • psychological stability.

With deviations of physical or mental health, you can forget about serving in the units of the National Guard.

Basic standards for the scoring system

With a competitive selection system, preference is given to candidates with higher physical fitness. Not the last place is given to the personal qualities of the applicant. The young man should be distinguished by a high level:

  • working capacity;
  • responsibility;
  • self-control;
  • self-discipline.

It is necessary to adhere to the moral values accepted in society. Be restrained, decisive, courageous, attentive. Express thoughts clearly.

The procedure for a conscript who wants to serve in the National Guard

To become a member of the National Guard, and not to serve in the army, a young man of military age must:

  • apply to the military commissariat at the place of registration;
  • fill in the form of the questionnaire (questionnaire);
  • write an autobiography separately (sheet format A-4);
  • sign consent to verify personal information.

The application is accompanied by a package of documents, including:

  • passport and a copy of the document;
  • a certificate of secondary education, or a diploma from a technical school / college / university;
  • registration certificate from the Military Commissariat;
  • work book (if available);
  • TIN and a copy of the document;
  • driver's license (if any).

After submitting the documents, the special services are engaged in identity verification. The procedure can take 1-3 months, so you need to take care of submitting documents well in advance of the start of the draft campaign. If the issue is resolved positively, the young man is sent for a medical examination, psychological testing, and physical fitness standards.

Possible reasons for refusal:

  • having problems with the law (conviction);
  • participation in activities aimed against the public interest;
  • neuro-psychological discrepancy;
  • having dual citizenship.

The basis for refusal is an unconfirmed medical category of fitness or inability to fulfill the standards of physical fitness.

I know that conscription service in the Russian Guard is considered a very privileged option for many young people. My son is still preparing for military service, but he dreams of getting there. We live in Moscow, and this option will allow us not to leave the territory of our native city, however, getting there is not very easy, since there are quite strict requirements for the candidate’s health, his physiological parameters, as well as his personality and other characteristics.

Many people remember how more than two years ago, by presidential decree, a separate unit was created - the National Guard. Since the media for a long time compared this structure with a similar service in Ukraine, the Russians were not very positive about this idea. Gradually, the opinion was revised and today the structure is called the National Guard. In my article, I would like to talk about how to serve in the army in this particular unit, what are the requirements for candidates and what documents may be required.

This structure has one feature. The fact is that the employees in this unit report only personally to the presidents and its tasks are very simple - to conduct special operations to neutralize terrorists throughout the country, protect the territory of the Russian Federation and, together with other structures, ensure law and order in the state.

It is due to centralized management that the high efficiency of this structure is noted. On the other hand, to enter the service of an elite unit, you will have to try hard. They just don't take it there. There are a number of requirements that are very essential, and without them, it is unlikely that you will be able to complete military service in the National Guard.

The main requirements for those wishing to join the National Guard

According to the opinions of young people who want to enter the service of this elite unit, it is not easy to do so. The main requirements are the following:

  • the citizen must be of legal age;
  • Russian citizenship is required;
  • the presence of a category of validity "A".

Preference in this matter is given to persons who previously served in the military service in the border troops or were in the army, or worked in law enforcement agencies. Additional pluses will be a complete family and positive characteristics from places of study. The maximum allowable age for admission to the National Guard is 31 years. Despite such a strict selection, when choosing young people, such characteristics as gender, nationality and race are not taken into account. The professed religion, position in society or the financial situation of a person will not influence.

Girls, like men, can become military personnel, but they will have to undergo the necessary testing and examination on an equal basis with men. Persons wishing to enter the Russian Guard will be required to pass a standard strength test in the form of pull-ups on the horizontal bar (from 30 times), shooting and passing an obstacle course for a while.

Can conscripts get into the Russian Guard?

To get into the elite structure during the draft, the young man will have to send the appropriate application himself and wait until the identity verification is completed. Usually, this procedure takes up to several months.

In all other respects, the procedure is standard. First, you will need to pass a medical examination, get a certain category of fitness and a decision from the authority that the person is suitable for military service in the National Guard. To shorten the waiting period, an application should be made to the military commissariat at the place of actual residence. Some details on the topic of the note can be found in the video:

Why are additional checks carried out?

An important stage in passing the test for the suitability of service in the National Guard is considered a psychophysical examination. As part of this testing and examination, signs of the use of psychotropic and narcotic drugs, alcohol are identified. Psychological testing is also mandatory, since it requires determining whether a person has the qualities that are necessary for service in this structure.

Such an examination is necessary in order to identify whether the applicant has the qualities that are required to serve in this serious structure. A young person should not have qualities that are dangerous to others. In addition, specialists during the survey will try to determine the degree of professional suitability of the young man.

Nuances and features

Only a person without a criminal record and without a dark past will be able to get the desired opportunity and do military service in such a structure. In addition, the candidate will be required, in addition to a passport and a military ID, to submit a number of other documents confirming education, registration with the tax office. Applicants will be required to write their own biography.

Quite often, they refuse to enter the service. This is mainly due to a discrepancy in physical and mental characteristics. As a standard, the term for consideration of the appeal is about one month, but sometimes more.

Instead of totals

Finish the material with the conclusions:

  1. The National Guard or Rosgvardia is an elite structure that reports exclusively to the president and performs certain tasks throughout the country.
  2. Conscripts can enter the military service in the National Guard if they have such a desire and they meet the current requirements.
  3. To enter the elite part, it is enough to submit an official application and wait until a decision is made on it.

In 2016, the National Guard was formed in Russia. Now this organization has grown greatly, and it has tens of thousands of military personnel.

The troops are designed to ensure security within the state, to fight extremists and protesters.

You can often hear how the Russian Guard is called the "personal army" of the president, because. this structure is subordinate to the commander-in-chief, i.e. head of state. But is it really so?

Structure and powers

The structure includes the following special services:

  • SOBR;
  • OMON;
  • Federal State Unitary Enterprise "PROTECTION" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
  • Center for Special Purposes of Rapid Response Forces and Aviation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
  • Bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for supervision in the field of arms trafficking and private security activities;
  • National Guard.

Now the head of the structure is Viktor Zolotov, who has been personally working with the president for a long time.
This organization has a number of powers:

  1. Demand order from the population.
  2. Prevent the occurrence of crimes or infringement of the rights of citizens.
  3. Check the documents of the population if there is a reason to suspect people of committing illegal acts, being wanted, and other serious grounds.
  4. Demand from officials and the population to stop illegal actions.
  5. Protect the scene of the incident until the authorities arrive. Also, the guard may require citizens to leave the protected place.
  6. Accept, store or destroy seized/surrendered weapons.

These are only the main powers of the guard, and in fact its capabilities are much wider.

National Guard and police: what is the difference

In theory, each department should have its own specific name, and the functions of these organizations should not overlap.

However, the powers of the Russian Guard intersect with the activities of the police and the FSB (the fight against terrorism in the country and ensuring the integrity of the Russian Federation).

Representatives of the Russian Guard can drive cars with flashing lights. They are also allowed to use special equipment if necessary. Here are the main differences between this structure and the police:

  1. Subordination. The police are subordinate to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, while the troops of the Russian Guard are subordinate to the president of the country.
  2. Independence. In financial terms, the National Guard is an independent organization. It has all the financial functions of the police, and the annual turnover of the organization is about 20 billion. Also, the troops of the National Guard can control the circulation of weapons and are empowered to license security activities.
  3. Tasks. The police maintain order and apply sanctions to violators, then the guard is called upon to protect state integrity and order.
  4. The use of weapons. This is perhaps one of the main differences between the National Guard and the police. Employees of both structures have the right to use weapons. Only here in the law "On Police" it is clearly stated that the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs can use weapons in order to protect citizens, in case of encroachment on their health and life. This clause is absent in the law on the Russian Guard, which significantly expands the capabilities of this structure.

How to get a job

To get a job in the National Guard, you need to pass a number of requirements:

  1. Health status. After passing the examinations, the conscript in the military registration and enlistment office receives a health category (A-D). Those who are fit for service and fit for service with minor restrictions are accepted for service in the Russian Guard, i.e. people with A and B health categories.
  2. Psychological health. Also, future employees must undergo a psychological selection. Based on the selection results, a person is assigned 1 of 4 fitness categories. Basically, people with categories 1 and 2 are hired, in rare cases - 3. The last category is considered not recommended.
  3. Additional requirements. In addition to these requirements, the future employee must have a sufficient level of physical fitness, education and qualifications.
    Both civilians and military personnel can become guardsmen. To do this, you need to apply to the commander of the unit. He makes the decision to accept. If a person who wants to get into the guard has no contradictions for the service, he is given directions to undergo medical examinations, mental tests and pass physical fitness standards.

Salary

The salary of a guardsman depends on:

  • ranks and positions;
  • the amount of monetary allowances;
  • employee allowances;
  • material assistance to the guards.

Now the salary of an ordinary guardsman is 25,000 rubles a month, and an officer-rank guardsman earns about 55,000 rubles. These are averages and numbers may vary depending on the region of service.

It is important to note that in regions with adverse environmental and weather conditions, the salary of a guardsman is noticeably higher than the salary of an employee working in large cities.

To the complaints of military personnel about low wages, the command promises employees to significantly increase wages, but this will not happen soon.
It should be noted that Vladimir Putin recently increased funding for the National Guard, and military personnel can expect a salary increase of about 4-5% in the near future.

Benefits for military personnel

The guards themselves and their families have a number of state benefits:

  • health and life insurance;
  • free vacation;
  • receiving free medical services;
  • the possibility of obtaining a mortgage loan on preferential terms at a rate of less than 10%.

It is worth noting that the longer the service life of the guardsman, the better the benefits from the state. For example, an employee who has been in the service for less than 10 years will receive free rest for a period of 30 days. Employees over 20 years of age will be granted 45 days of rest. Also, the benefits are significantly affected by the personal merits of the employee: participation in hostilities, service in adverse conditions, etc.

The National Guard is a young structure that is developing at a tremendous pace. The organization was created only 3 years ago, and it already includes more than 350,000 employees (1/3 of the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs). Therefore, joining the National Guard is a profitable and promising goal. However, it should be understood that there are certain requirements for the health of employees, so not everyone will be selected.
