For modern science, which stands on the positions of materialistic atheism, the so-called "scientific worldview" (and in fact the worldview kaleidoscope of self-centrism), which does not allow adequately perceive Life in its entirety, including the concept of the noosphere, is characterized by the presence four extremely generalizing concept-categories: matter, energy, space, time, - which have not changed in their essence throughout the life of the current civilization, but were formulated in different ways:

When comparing these two types of worldviews, it is revealed that in the scientific worldview:

• the single concept of matter is divided into matter and energy, where matter is matter and elementary particles, and energy (in ancient times “spirit”) is physical fields;
• there are no concepts of information and measure, as a result of which science is not able to perceive the noosphere even “speculatively” with an underdeveloped instrumental base;
• space and time appear as independent categories, being at the same time manifestations of a single concept of measure (as well as temperature, density, etc.).

For a self-centered kaleidoscopic worldview and worldview, in addition to these features, it is also characteristic to develop a worldview based on its own feelings of a material body, excluding the biofield. Thus, the individual excludes from meaningful activity some informational-algorithmic processes of his psyche, and the atheism associated with this prevents the acquisition of the Distinction given from Above. And it is precisely this circumstance that determines the entire further algorithmics of the unconscious levels of the psyche of an individual with an I-centric worldview. The rest of the moral standards (conviction of one's own infallibility, being in eternal doubts, etc.) are consequence of this crucial circumstances.

In addition to the above, the following should be noted. In modern science, the principle “practice is the criterion of truth” has been replaced by the principle of “repeatability of the result in the same conditions is the criterion of truth”. From the definition of the noosphere as an information and algorithmic system ( supersystems) leads to the conclusion about the possibility (conscious or unconscious) of influencing the course of processes in the noosphere and controlling the processes through the mediation of the noosphere. Management processes are always mutually nested, and in this sense, the subject of management is also an object of management at the same time. The mutual nesting of control processes presupposes the exchange of information and algorithms between the subject and the object, without which the control process cannot proceed. Thus, for an individual who has made it his goal to change the events of Life with the help of egregorial-matrix control, the ability to work with information and algorithms in egregors comes to the fore.

The noosphere, as a global databank, stores not only information and algorithms contained in egregors (private matrix-scenarios of processes), but also individual thoughts of people living today and earlier. Management is an informational and algorithmic process; in order to manage, the most accurate, timely and reliable information is required, as well as the ability for adequate goal-setting in line with the hierarchically Highest Comprehensive Management and the development of optimal algorithms for achieving the set goals. The more the subject of management possesses these abilities, the higher the quality of its management.

Access to the information in the noosphere can be obtained by reaching the humane type of structure of the psyche. An individual who has reached the human structure of the psyche and is able to stay in it for a sufficiently long time, receives, if necessary, from God a reward in the form Gifts of the Holy Spirit(in religious terminology) and one of these "gifts" is the ability early read the necessary information from the noosphere.

But even in a situation where there is no conflict of controls, direct connections of any of them from the point of view of others are feedbacks, and vice versa. And accordingly, in this kind of management processes of a system, determined by the composition of subjects and objects of management, in reality, the one who is able to organize self-government of the system as a whole in the processes that encompasses it, in a mode acceptable for himself and the system, is in control; those. the one who is able to accept the concept of management in relation to himself and fit it into the concept of managing the system as a whole that encompasses it.

If an individual deviates from the dictatorship of conscience and exercises control without coordinating his goals with the Hierarchically Highest Comprehensive Control, but is guided only by his own subjective interests, then in this case he acts within the limits of God's permission. And therefore, it can fall under the control of a subject (as higher in the hierarchy and supported from Above), acting in line with the Providence, i.e. an individual or a system, whose vector of goals is more aligned with the Omnipotence; in other words, those who "... are friends with the Will of Heaven ...".

And this means that everyone who wishes has the opportunity to acquire this kind of authority according to the Will of God, but “is there anyone who wishes? ..”.

The level of the egregor of the carriers of the human structure of the psyche (egregor of Sobornost) includes the activity on the formation and dissemination of all conceptually significant ideas that lie in the mainstream of God's providence. At the same time, the assimilation of such ideas in society is achieved through bringing them to the attention of the so-called critical mass ("point of no return"), which is about one fifth of the entire population, after which the "auto-dissemination" of such knowledge is launched at the matrix level (see research by Lawrence Blair and Lyle Watson).

There is also a study that claims the following. To start auto-synchronization in a society, it is enough to have 10% of people who are convinced supporters of a certain idea, so that the spread of this idea becomes widespread and covers the entire society in a relatively short time. By comparing both of these studies, it is possible to draw some conclusions. If a stable minority of convinced supporters of any idea has formed in a society in the amount of 10% of the number of members of a given society, then the process of auto-synchronization is inevitably launched in the society. When the idea becomes the property of 20% of the members of a given society, the process of auto-synchronization passes the "point of no return" and becomes irreversible.

In this context, the competent activities of supporters of a just world order in the field of education and science, that is, in the main public institutions - "producers of knowledge", as well as educational activities within the family are especially important.

Digression: On education.

In view of the above, it is imperative to understand the mechanisms conscious assimilation of information (information about the mechanisms for introducing ideas into bypass of consciousness can be found in the literature on the techniques of "Overton window", classical and Ericksonian hypnosis, as well as neurolinguistic programming - NLP).

Egregors in relation to each other can be:

• hostile, due to the presence in their informational-algorithmic support of mutually exclusive goals and algorithms for their achievement, giving rise to conflict in society;
• neutral, including the entire set of similar elements based on one or more dominant features common to the entire set (for example, general species egregors);
• co-directional (due to some identity of algorithms and goals), based on what low-frequency processes they support and, accordingly, are able to combine.

And in accordance with this, the relationship of individuals is built with their own unawareness of this fact and personal lack of will, i.e. the behavior of an individual at the current moment of time depends on the activity of which egregor (working out information and algorithms inherent in the egregor) he participates. It is clear that instincts, reason and intuition are phenomena of a different hierarchical order of significance in the organization of an individual's mental activity, giving rise to various types of mental structure. In our opinion - for the humane structure of the psyche - it is normal when innate reflexes and instincts are the basis of intelligent behavior, and intuition provides information for understanding in intellectual activity, i.e. when intuition is always higher than reason, reason is higher than instincts, and all together they ensure a person's stay in harmony with the biosphere of the Earth, Space and God.

Nevertheless, quite often the mind becomes a slave to animal instincts; rational activity is exalted and denies intuitive insights, displacing intuition from the psyche; and all of them together reject God's providence, as a result of which they become victims of insurmountable limitations and obsession for them, which finds its expression in inhuman types of mental structure: animal (and in its specific expression - animal type) ; biorobot zombie ; demonic; lowered into unnaturalness. However, even with an inhuman type of structure of the psyche, the intellect can be highly developed, and its bearer - an outstanding professional in a particular field of civilization (including magic), but essentially not being a human. The theory of supersystems (which is an integral part of DOTU), adequately describing the processes taking place in society, has predictive capabilities. The information environment, probabilistically predetermined *, forms structures in social supersystems that also self-govern and contribute to the achievement of the set goal.

But even if “rebels” appear in society, advocating a change in the existing system, in opposition to them, structures are formed that give the rebels a false idea that these structures are working against it. The task of such a structure is to extinguish the protest potential of the subjects by organizing imitation and provocative activities. The rebels get a choice, they get false hope and a separate space where they do not touch the rest of society. Such structures are something like a sparring arena, where rioters can rage, fight, organize rallies, but the main social supersystem remains in perfect order and develops in the same direction. Outside such structures, a protective mechanism such as “ Conspiracy theory". As soon as individual subjects of society raise such a topic, the entire social supersystem immediately turns on this mechanism, suppressing opposition, thereby protecting and supporting the impact of the state enterprise on society.
